Catering To-Go

You can place a Carryout Catering order anywhere from 90 days out up to 5 days before your pickup date.

It depends on your event, but we’re happy to help! The easiest route: choose one of our catering packages. Just tell us how many guests you’re expecting, and we’ll provide everything you need—plates, napkins, food tags, and perfectly portioned bites.
If you prefer to build your own menu, here are some general guidelines:
Phyllo cups and cucumber cups: 2 per person
Chips & dips: 1 lb of chips per 2 lbs of dip (a 2 lb order of dip serves 10–20 people)
Sliders: 2 per person
Salads: 3–4 oz per person if serving as a side dish; 8 oz per person if it’s the main dish

Yes! Detailed dietary info, including gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan designations, is listed in each item’s description. To easily find what you’re looking for, use the search tool on our online ordering page. For example, just type “gluten-free” and hit enter to view all gluten-free options.

Delivery is not available for Carryout Catering. That said, if your order is over $2000 and pickup would be a major hardship, you’re welcome to reach out. While we can’t make any promises, we’ll check our schedule and let you know if delivery might be possible.

Yes—mostly! Most items will be plated by our chefs on serving platters, ready to unwrap and serve. A few exceptions:
Dips are packed in deli containers for safe travel, but serving bowls are included.
Phyllo cups come in clamshells to protect their delicate shells; we’ll include serving platters for you to transfer them onto.
By the Pan items are served in half-size hotel pans with lids.
Important: None of the items in the By the Pan section are hot upon pickup—they’ll need reheating before serving. That said, the Pesto Chicken Breast and Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin are both delicious at room temperature, so no pressure.

Because your food will be fully plated and wrapped, most items don’t stack easily. Make sure your vehicle has a flat, clean surface and enough room to transport multiple platters side-by-side. Items in clamshells (like phyllo cups) and hotel pans (from the By the Pan section) stack more easily—but it’s always better to plan for more space than you think you’ll need.

Maybe earlier than you think! Account for drive time, plus about 30 minutes for setup (unwrapping platters, arranging your buffet, etc.)—or up to 45–60 minutes for large orders (50+ guests). You want to give yourself enough time to breathe and make it look just right!

If you’re picking up your order well in advance, then yes please! Just be sure to take it out at least 20 minutes before setup or serving to let everything come to room temperature. This helps the flavors shine (and avoids that just-out-of-the-fridge chill).

Yes, we’re happy to help with minor changes, as long as it’s at least 5 days before pickup. Closer to your date, we’ll do our best but can’t guarantee changes due to prep schedules. Just reach out as soon as possible (info@bleuandfig.com or 1-866-253-8344)!
If there is a price difference as a result of your requested change, we may be able to offer store credit for the difference, but as all Carryout Catering orders are nonrefundable and nontransferable, we cannot offer refunds after an order has been placed.

All Carryout Catering orders are nonrefundable and nontransferable. We know plans can change, but due to the nature of our scheduling and inventory, this policy applies no matter how far in advance you placed your order. Thanks for understanding!

We include serving tongs and spoons with all catering packages. If you’re building your own menu, you can add complimentary serving utensils—they’re listed in the Party Supplies section!

You can easily search our menu for nut-free, gluten-free, or dairy-free items using the search tool on our online ordering page. Please note that while we take dietary needs seriously, we are not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. If your guests have severe allergies, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to talk through options.

We don’t offer individual samples, but you’re welcome to check if we have any upcoming events where you might be able to try a few things! While we can’t take specific item requests for tastings, it’s a great way to get a feel for what we do.

If there’s an issue with your order upon pickup, please notify us immediately, and we’ll do our best to resolve it. We take pride in getting things right and want to make sure you have everything you need!
Payment Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due approximately 10 days before your event.

Events are not officially booked until the deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel after the final payment has been made, that amount is also non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes, service fees and gratuities may apply for Full-Service events. Any applicable charges will be clearly outlined in your custom quote so there are no surprises.
