A love of food led me to pursue a degree in culinary arts. I learned comfort food from an early age. Pan fried steak from my grandmother fueled me to produce beef tenderloin with fig and bleu cheese preserves. Mashed potatoes gave way to fingerlings with crème fraiche and caviar. At Bleu & Fig, we create Modern American comfort food. The idea of food without love doesn’t make sense to us.


I was blessed to pursue my passion of food at Johnson and Wales University in Virginia and work led me to fabulous places like Long Boat Key, FL and Duck, North Carolina before eventually settling in Columbus, Ohio.

Bleu & Fig has been serving the Columbus area  for over a decade now. In 2015, we opened our private event space located at the corner of Garden & High in Clintonville where we have hosted and catered hundreds of lovely events, showers, parties, weddings, and our popular Brunch, Brunch Baby pop-ups.

In 2020, we expanded into our new 1500 square foot commercial kitchen located in the Franklinton neighborhood. It is located on the second floor in the Jubilee Market & Lower Lights Christian Health Center building.


We are beyond excited about this expansion and have lots of new and exciting things in the works! At Bleu & Fig, we believe every event, every bite of food, and every interaction with our staff should be exceptionally special.
