Parmesan Orzo Salad with Roasted Vegetables (3 lb minimum)
3 lbs (approximately 12 servings). Our parmesan orzo with roasted vegetables makes a great side dish (or main entree for your vegetarian guests). You can add additional pounds as needed. Each 1 lb provides approximately 4 servings.
This item comes refrigerated in a disposable foil pan and we recommend serving it room temperature (pull out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you plan to serve it). You can transfer it to your own platters or dishes for a nicer presentation.
