Pork Tenderloin Sliders with Fig Preserves or Creamy BBQ (1 dozen)

1 dozen. Sliced black pepper pork tenderloin with your choice of fig preserves OR creamy BBQ sauce on petite parker house style buns. These are best served room temperature (keep refrigerated and then remove from fridge about 30 minutes before you plan to serve them).  These come in disposable foil pans.  Instead of foil pans, you can have your food plated up on our high end compostable pressed palm platters for an additional $3 per dozen or elegant clear plastic platters for $5 per dozen. You simply have to remove the plastic wrap and they are ready for the party. Or you can always transfer them to your own platters or dishes if preferred.
