Regina Carmody Prange

I love flowers. I love design. I love entertaining. The process of creating with beautiful things makes me happy. And I love the joy that beautiful flowers bring to both special occasions and ordinary days.


My passion for design led me to a degree in horticulture from OSU. After school I had the opportunity to work in some of Columbus’ top flower shops with very talented designers who became mentors to me. I finally decided it was time for me to venture out on my own and started Natural Designs in 1986.


My favorite part of this business is working with a client and helping them realize their vision for an elegant and truly memorable event. I have worked with countless brides and local charities in some great venues like the Franklin Park Conservatory and the Dublin Arts Center as well as many clients entertaining in their own homes. I consider it a privilege to get to do what I love doing every day.

I’m a passionate, food obsessed, no apologetic chef.


A love of food led me to pursue a degree in culinary arts. I learned comfort food from an early age. Pan fried steak from my grandmother fueled me to produce beef tenderloin with fig and bleu cheese preserves. Mashed potatoes, gave way to fingerlings with crème fraiche and caviar. At Bleu & Fig, we create Modern American comfort food. The idea of food without love doesn’t make sense to us.


I was blessed to pursue my passion of food at Johnson and Wales University in Virginia. Hard work led me to fabulous places like Long Boat Key, FL and Duck, North Carolina. Love brought me back to Columbus Ohio...
